Modern Primary Bathroom

This primary bathroom received a complete renovation, expanding the original footprint by borrowing space from the adjoining primary bedroom.

The new layout created room for a freestanding tub with a custom tiled “rug” beneath it, a custom double vanity, and a spacious walk-in shower with an exterior-mounted shower pipe. The original single window was replaced with a double window, positioned so the homeowners can enjoy the view of the backyard while relaxing in the tub.

The expanded footprint and new layout created a more functional, open bathroom while making better use of the natural light and views.
