Bright Transitional Bedroom

This primary bedroom was completely refurnished to better suit the scale of the room and create a more finished, comfortable retreat. The Outta the Blue wallpaper by Anna Redmond Studio became the inspiration for the design, bringing color, movement and a touch of whimsy to the space while still feeling peaceful.

One of the most unique features is a custom built-in bookcase that conceals a hidden storage room created by the vaulted ceiling below. It provides practical storage for the homeowners’ luggage—and doubles as a pretty great secret hideaway for their kids.

New furnishings, lighting and accessories complete the room, giving the large space the scale, color and personality it was missing.
